In person, remote, or both?
Halifax-based — available in person, by video call, or remotely. I'll always be clear about my availability upfront.
How do I reach you?
Email or phone — whichever is easier. I get back to people within one business day, usually faster.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No contracts, no minimums. Start with one hour and see how it feels.
What if I don't know what I need?
Most people don't. Just describe what's going on and we'll figure it out together.
Do you come to me?
Yes — for Halifax and surrounding area I'm happy to come to your home, office, or meet at a coffee shop.
What are your hours?
I'll always be upfront about my availability when you reach out. Timing varies — just ask and we'll find something that works.
Pricing & payments
How do you charge?
Hourly for one-off work, or a flat monthly retainer for ongoing support. Project work is quoted as a flat fee upfront so you always know what you're getting into.
When do I pay?
Hourly work is invoiced after each session. Project work requires a 50% deposit before I start, remainder on completion.
What payment methods?
E-transfer, PayPal, or cash.
Cancellation & availability
24+ hours notice — no charge
Less than 24 hours — 50% of the session fee applies
No-shows — full session fee applies
Same-day or next-morning rush — charged at 1.5x the standard rate
These policies protect both our time. I'll always be upfront with you — I just ask for the same in return.
